We left for Hari Hareshwar on 16th July morning at around 7:00 AM.The day started with some trouble with the 14th seater vehicle arriving late and after some time I blasted at the driver for some problems he tried to create.Towards Hari Hareshwar 16th July Morning
However the driver didn't speak a word after that.Mandar and his brother didn't come with us as Mandar had some work to be done.We picked up persons one by one and finally picked up Aditi at vashi and we were on our way to Hari hareshwar.Monish started pulling Hatim's leg and that went on for another 2 days :).We started taking few photos.Then came a suggestion to play Dumb C.The most memorable part of the dumb C was Tare's turn of enacting the name of the movie "Thoda sa rumani ho jaye".He started with some action of sprinkling something like seasoning on a pizza...which as per him meant "Thoda" (Hindi word for little).We played the game for some 2 hours till we reached the point of saturation. We stopped all the play and started gazing at the beautiful scenery outside..it was mountaneous on one side and ocean on the other side.It was quiet a roller coaster ride.Tare was busy taking photos of all the possible herbs and buffaloes.After a little tiring ride,we finally arrived our resort at 1:00 PM.Reached Hari Hareshwar resort...
We had booked a dorm which was clean and spacious.Everyone tried to settle down.We were very hungry by that time and asked the waiter for a menu.We ordered Mutter Paneer,Rotis etc..After about 1/2 hour we were called to a restaurant.We started eating and what a mess ! One roti required atleast 2 people to tear it into 2 parts and once you started it..you could have chewed it for hours like a chewing gum.We couldn't stand it anymore and we then ordered for drinks and asked for couple jugs of water so that we gulp down whatever we had eaten so far.We hurriedly evaucauted the place.We were trying to contact Mandar to confirm if he was coming.Our cell phones were not working as there was no mobile network in that jungle.Hari Hareshwar : 16th July afteroon post lunch (around 2:30 PM)As we were just recovering from "Lunch" shock, we found that we had no electicity in our dorm...phew !!!!We however managed to open all the doors in our room and enjoyed the cool breeze.Some people were dead on the mattresses and we made it a point to wake them by hitting them with tennis balls (coutesy:Aditi,who has lost all of them courtesy: rest of us).It was quiet humid and hot.It wasn't raining at all.We decided to move out after an hour or so.Suddenly there was a suggestion for a match of cricket.So Tare,Aditi,Monish and Sandy moved out and had a ball.Rest of us were still inside the dorm.Hari Hareshwar : 16th July afteroon post lunch (around 4:30 PM)We decided to move out to not so near by beach called Srivardhan beach.We again took our van and set out to play along the shore.After about 45 minutes we reached that place. We started the photo session,recorded small movie by our digital cameras where Tare's camera's batteries passed out...We palyed a series of games on the shore till eveyone were tires so we started to walk along the shore...till we found ourselves to be disturbing the people who had come on the beach for an evening shift...so we decided to back out.We were hungry again and decided to find a good hotel and filled our almost empty tummies. We moved on at around 7:30 PM towards our resort and we had vowed that no matter what happend we will not eat again at resort.So we managed to find a hotel around the beach and although there was no electicity,we were determined to eat ther.Rohan called up the resort and was happy to find Mandar has arrived along with his brother Abhishek.We were happy.We hogged a lot...and also got food back for Mandar and his bro.( Let me tell you it was very tough for any one to have arrived at the resort without a personal vehicle.Mandar and his borther deserve a bravery award to have reached trying all the possible means of travel.)
Hari Hareshwar : 16th July afteroon post lunch (around 10:00 PM)We were back to the resort at around 9:30 PM after driving in through dark roads and thick forest. We found Mandar and his brother,Abhishek sitting in one corner but they were looking very fresh or at least they were showing that they were not tired. ...Mandar told me that waiter (also the care taker) who had given that memorable lunch was anxiously waiting for us to have dinner at the resort.He informed Mandar that he was planning to prepare "Chinese" for us....but we were smart ...we already had dinner.We were more happy (sarcastic) to know that there was no electricity at our resort and it was pitch dark there.However the waiter arranged for some candles.I has a talk with him and spoke some sentimenatl words and made him promise me that he would make some arrangement to bring back electicity.In the mean time , everybody started freshening up,Adit and myself had pillow fights,Ronak and I had a ball dance in the dorm.There was noise and excitement all around.Aditi pulled out Tarot cards and suddenly found around 10 people surrounding her to know their future.
In the photo above,you can see the tension on her face :) . I must say Aditi is a good tarot card reader.Yes,during the tarot card session the care taker managed to bring back the electicity and all of us roared together as soon all the lights started glowing.After a session of 2 hours of card reading,some enthusiasts suggested that we should have a camp fire.There has been some rain when we were engrossed in knowing our future.Due to the rain,we are not able to start it.

Observe Manoj looking out of the window...I wonder what is he looking at.Rohan (yellow) is giving deadly looks,Monish(stiped T-shirt) giving a deep thought..probably about the future predicted by Aditi...Hatim (with face covered in a towel) is already frustated and having a good sleep and Mandar is giving a sleeping pose.Hari Hareshwar : 17th July Morning (around 9:00 AM) After a morning walk and some fun as can be seen in the following pic,Mandar has sprayed a party foam on Aditi..
We finally checked out of the resort and moved towards a temple in Srivardhan.After worshipping in the temple,photo session was started again.Here are few of the photos :-
There was a long walk that we had to take around a hill along the shore...we enjoyed it as it wasn't high tide at that time.In the above pic,there was a long staircase leading us down to the shore.
About 1.5 hours later, we proceeded towards our home.That was the end of another successful our trip together and I am sure we will all cherish those memories for a long long time.
